Delivery of VIP merchandise for the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour will commence a few weeks before the date of the show you’re attending. VIP Merchandise will be delivered to fans with valid addresses in the UK only. Merchandise will be delivered by Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be sent to this email address.
Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.), is the same information that will be utilised for shipping and individual contact requirements where applicable.
If your details were correct at the time of purchase, you do not need to do anything further. If your account information is incomplete, please let us know what needs to be updated here.
The deadline for any shipping address account changes for the shows taking place in June 2024 is Tuesday 16th April at 5pm. Any address changes that come in after the deadline will not be actioned - there are no exceptions. If you have purchased tickets for the shows taking place in August 2024, an email with instructions will be sent to you nearer the show date.
Please note that the shipping address you provide must be a permanent address. You are not permitted to utilise a temporary address such as a hotel address, or any other address you do not reside at permanently.
VIP merchandise will not be shipped outside the UK. If you live outside the UK, you do not need to give us a UK based address, we will contact you one working week before your show date with information on your local VIP Merchandise collection.
To ensure that your VIP Merchandise arrives ahead of the show, AXS Resale for all VIP packages for the June shows have now closed. Any VIP tickets that you had listed but didn't sold has been returned to your account.
